    Terms Of Use

    Welcome to Gaming Community Hub (the “Site” or “Service”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use (the “Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Gaming Community Hub is established, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts in that jurisdiction for disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site.

    The Site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, use the reporting method provided on the Site so we can take appropriate action.
